› FOB delivery time
Average FOB delivery time is 15-20 days up to 5 containers in the port of  Kandla (India) after received the advance commitment payment.

› Packaging, loading and freight
Max. loading in one 20' FCL is 27.5 MT without wooden pallet
Max. loading in one 20' FCL is 27 MT with wooden pallets
Please check if any weight restriction in destination port.

Loading additional cost with pallets is about 150 USD per container
Transport from factory (EXW) to Kadla port is about 350 USD per container.

We offer FOB or C&F deliveries. Consult us for the sea freight cost.

› How many models we load per container
The usual rule is no more of one model per container.

For trial orders, we specially willing to supply up to 4 models from one collection in one container, but it has to be confirmed according to the stock availability.

For a new production minimum order quantity is 2~3FCL per model or customers could place order based on our stock list and production schedule

› Catalogue
As all information can be provided through the Web, as our range of products is very large from many factories and as models can change, there is also available general printed catalog. We propose an up to date for resellers and importers without any price and contact.

› Samples
DHL sending fees are always at buyer cost, without any exception.
To reduce the weight we cut 10x10 cm (4 inches x 4 inches) pieces

We load for each order a lot of samples of tiles models from our Web site not according with the the customer needs and requests.

› Searching & commercial services
Our commercial service can seek any type of tile for a special purpose if we get precise information (use, size and FOB target price). If your are not yet a Sanyo cera tiles customer consult us about the conditions.

› Visit us to Factory
We welcome our customers in INDIA but may we remind you we are not a factory and they are too many to allow us to organize visits. If you are not yet our customer or for your first business trip in INDIA the optimum solution is you organize your own factory tour and only after making your opinion or before to place an order you call us for an appointment to check what are your exact needs and what we can do for you.
As we receive many customers we ask for a minimum 2 weeks prior notification for any appointment.
